MyLearnExpress says I am not signed on to the Internet and I do have it allowed in my firewall. Why won't it recognize that I am online?
The problem is not with your computer but with the servers MyLearnExpress is using to connect. Even if you have a working Internet connection, the application will report you're offline in case the servers are down.
