I managed to download the PDF user guide for Smart Viewer version 3.0 and according to the list, these are the devices that can be used with the application:

As you can see, there is no support for the versions you have mentioned in your inquiry. I believe that you need another version of the Smart Viewer if you want additional compatibility for your devices.
Try using version 4.8.1 of Smart Viewer because it could be compatible with what you have.
