In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag in the Search programs and files field and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download the latest drivers available. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Display adapters list, right-click on the driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the downloaded package, select the driver and install it following the on-screen instructions. If this doesn't help, remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner and install the utility again.
