Go to http://pack.google.com/pack_installer.html link, select in chack box "Google Photos Screensaver" and press download

Google Screensaver disappeared from the Google Pack page, and besides, Google Pack is way outdated. How do I download the 3.0 version of the scrensaver?

You can download Google Photos Screensaver from Google web page. Click on Download Google Photos Screensaver and follow the steps provided by Google.
