Having bought AdWare Plus 2008, I downloaded their software free version then had to register it to access my purchased version
I have not been able to register. They even gave me a second serial number.
Using a running download (all AV,Firewall,Spyware off, lavasoft sites allowed on IE8 with
XP PRO SERV> Pack III just installed, logged into support/My Licenses)of their
software used the new serial no. to have the same problem: after submitting registration
screen, click on new window saying that 'will now CONTACT ACTIVATION SERVER' THEN
PREVIOUS screen appears without the serial no. showing and then the next window says
'registration status unspecified error'
Internet Explorer 8 has "compatibility view settings" added to their website
still doesn't help. Lavasoft Support doesn't seem to understand my emails.
Am I the only one with this problem? I've tried two different computers separately,
trying to isolate the problem. Ending up with the same problem. I have made sure my computer is clean using other anti-spy and anti-virus programs.
