I'm losing connection from time to time. Keyboard simply is not reacting to what I type. I'm using a Dell Latitude E7240 and the Rapoo receiver is plugged on the dock station. Distance between receiver and keyboard does not exceed one (1) meter.
The first thing I would recommend is a driver reinstall procedure. Remove the currently installed one and then reinstall the driver using its setup package. Test again its functionality, but if you encounter errors then the keyboard it's either faulty or you need a new set of batteries since these devices still use batteries if no cables are involved. Batteries play a very important role when it's about distance and signal power.
