I can't use the VikkiCall software due to an error.

When I'm trying to use the VikkiCall software, I receive a "VOIP tunnel configuration was not received on address 192.168.254.2:61384" error message. What can I do?

Unfortunately, the VikkiCall servers seem to be down and the application is no longer supported. I suggest you contact the developers for further information. You can get in touch with them using the sales@vikkicall.com email address or the form from the official web page.
