Where is the setting to disable the Help Menu dropdown within FileZilla 3.0.11.1 using Installshield?

You can't disable or enable items on this application. To modify the actual menu, you'll need to rebuild the application from source-code using FileZilla_3.7.3_src.tar.bz2. It's an open source and can be customized to look and act the way you want it (if you have the knowledge).
