How to obtain a signal in WinFast PVR2?

I have WinFast PVR2 installed on my PC running Windows 7. I have been able to tune in to all of the digital TV channels here in Brisbane, Queensland Australia, bar one, which is transmitted on 184.5 MHz. Can you please advise me how to obtain this signal, so that I can receive the broadcast?

The PVR application allows you to manually fine tune the signal so that you can acquire the broadcasting signal. If you have no idea about the signal the broadcast is transmitted, please consult the frequency list from the cable TV provider. The information is public and a simple call or a visit to their webpage should fix the issue.
