How can I share the Internet on my Sony Xperia Tipo Dual with my PC (Windows 7)?

You can do that using USB Tethering. Please, connect the phone to the computer and go to Settings > More Settings > Tethering and Portable hotspot > USB Tethering. When you activate the option, the phone will turn its data connection on and it will stream the Internet to the computer.
