How can I access Internet to PC (Windows 8) from Sony Tipo dual?

This phone features USB & WiFi Hotspot which means that you can broadcast your Internet connection through air or a USB cable. If you choose USB connection, simply enable the feature on your phone, then connect the USB cable and the computer will automatically acquire an IP address with Internet data enabled.
