Restore to factory settings operation on HP Pavillion Desktop gives errors for pre-installed programs.

My friend has performed a restore to factory settings operation on his HP Pavillion Desktop. All went well until the first boot up then Dritek Launch manager installer automatically hangs at 4/27. I cannot stop its installation. Can you help me?

You can force stop the installation from the Task Manager.The best and easy way to solve this, is to re-download the application and perform new installation using an updated package because there could be various reasons that could lead to this problem and instead of wasting time with diagnosing, especially when it's a newly restored OS, it is better to perform a simple re-install.
