Restore to factory settings operation on HP Pavillion Desktop gives errors for pre-installed programs.
My friend has performed a restore to factory settings operation on his HP Pavillion Desktop. All went well until the first boot up then Dritek Launch manager installer automatically hangs at 4/27.
