I'm looking for an app that can be downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy S4 to restore deleted files. Is there any?

At the time, there is no application compatible and reliable enough to be used on a Samsung Galaxy S4. The apps available on the PlayStore will do you more harm than good. If the content was stored on an external SD card, you can plug the card to the computer via a card reader and then use a PC application to restore the files. On Android, there is no application to do this job.
