TATA Photon+ dongle USB and Windows 8 installation

My TATA Photon + dongle is not running on my Windows 8 HP laptop. When I insert it, it neither shows any message nor does its installation.

Please plug in the dongle and browse its storage from the partition that appears in my computer. Launch the software in compatibility mode using Windows 7. It will install successfully. Then press Windows Key +X select Device Manager, right click the Unknown device driver and select the online method for updating the driver. Windows will search its database of drivers and it will install the modem. Once the process completes, you can use the software and the dongle.

how to Launch the software in compatibility mode using Windows 7 in windows 8 OS ?

Right Click Tata Photo ICON --> properties --> Compatibility --> run this program as compatibility mode

choose the option in drop down box
