PhotoImpact 7 will most definitely won't work in Windows 7 64-bit but since Ulead has been acquired by Corel, the product has improved all aspects, even compatibility. PhotoImpact is now released as PhotoImpact X which extends its compatibility to Windows Vista. It's not a rule, but if the product works fine in Vista, then it should work fine in Windows 7 64-bit. Try to download the trial first.
