The version you have is not compatible with Windows 10, at least officially, but that doesn't mean you can't try to install it on Windows 10 with compatibility enabled.
According to various websites, that version requires Windows 2000/XP in order to run properly, but we have all seen apps created for Windows XP that run properly on Windows 10 as well, even if they weren't updated properly.
