How can I recover a deleted audio from QuickVoice which was on my iPad? I did not back up and have no more iCloud storage.

Sorry that you didn't back up iPad with iTunes or iCloud. Even if you did backup, following with Apple's steps http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 , all of your iPad data will be replaced by the last backup data, not only the audios.

In your case, you have to turn to third party recovery software for help. Some professional ones are able to enter in DFU mode and find more data faster.
