How can I recover a deleted audio from QuickVoice which was on my iPad? I did not back up and have no more iCloud storage.

Just like in Android, once you delete a file, it's practically impossible to restore it back. It's inconvenient but this happens with smartphones or devices like iPad and many others.

Try to do via iCloud:

settings>icloud>check to see if your signed in or have contacts on, if you do then turn off contats, keep on phone, turn back on, merge and your contacts should show up again.

Don't worry when your iPad got lost or unaccessible. You can recover iPad files by extracting iTunes backup file directly as long as you ever sync your iPad on your computer.For more see here

Sorry that you didn't back up iPad with iTunes or iCloud. Even if you did backup, following with Apple's steps , all of your iPad data will be replaced by the last backup data, not only the audios.

In your case, you have to turn to third party recovery software for help. Some professional ones are able to enter in DFU mode and find more data faster.

Hey. You can have a try with ipad data recovery tool to get back the deleted audio. Detailed steps are as follows:
