This operation requires that you perform a factory reset. The factory reset operation wipes all the settings and applications installed and removes any pattern locks. The storage device will remain unaffected.
To do this, please press Home + Volume Up + Power. You will enter Recovery mode from where you need to select Wipe Data/ Factory reset using the Volume buttons.
Once you complete this operation, restart the phone and you will have access to everything you need.
As a side note, if you entered your email and password, please check your email for the unlocking PIN which will be sent when you tap OK. Use that PIN on the lock screen and unlock your phone.
