This phone uses the classical three buttons methods to access the Recovery which means that you should turn off the phone before starting the operation. First press and hold Volume Down + Home button + Power at the same time. The phone will start and the Android logo will appear. Select Wipe Data/Factory reset and wait for finish message. Reboot the phone and it should be unlocked, however, apps, settings, custom settings will be wiped after this operation.
