We have installed the DSS Player Pro Olympus disc but unfortunately the foot pedal is not working at all. We have to listen with the mouse only!

Can you guide us through stage by stage as to how to get our foot pedal working? Last week we installed the DSS Player Pro but unfortunately the foot pedal does not seem to work at all.

The pedal needs additional drivers separated from the software install. Since it's a peripheric device, in most of the cases a driver is needed for Windows to recognize it. If you have a support CD, you can use it to install the required driver or simply contact the support section from the manufacturer website.
