Please use the CD which goes with your printer in order to install its corresponding drivers and software. In some cases, there is no need for a driver, but as you can see, you need drivers for the printer to function properly. You can either use the CD I mentioned above or download drivers from its official website. Make sure you choose the correct operating system that it's running on your computer.
