After downloading all new drivers my computer will not communicate with the scanner. My security settings allow full control from this computer. What do I do?
It's possible that the drivers were not installed correctly or they're not compatible with your operating system. Visit the official website to download the correct drivers and then visit Device Manager. If the device is not detected, then it means there is a problem with the cable (and it needs replacing) or with the device.
