Greetings! I was wondering what is the best network tool that can be used to manage my internal network (router, bandwidth, set limits, who has accessed my network)?

greetings Andrew,
i have tried installing the "spiceworks" however it is not exactly what i have expected i have tried the network magic before and it was brilliant and soo simple and can provide a better network monitoring and tracing and it provides a visual network map, please advise if there is any thing else that can be used to do the below actions.
1.monitor the network
2.see all the devices connected to my internal network inc.
(MAC Address,ip address, how to block them, bandwidth used)
3.how to connect remotely on one of the remote machines
4.O.S. Type
