Limitations of the free version?

I downloaded Magic Cutter and wanted to try before upgrading to pro version. The two mp3 tracks I tried wouldn't load properly. Is there a limitation to the file size on the free version? Will upgrading to the pro version solve the problem. I don't want to pay if it won't work with larger files.

Upgrading to the pro version should solve the problem. The free version may have a limitation to the file size, but the pro version should be able to handle larger files.
