How do I get a refund?

After I paid for it, I did not get any serial numbers then I noted that it was for Lightroom 5 which I no longer own, I have light room 6. can I get a refund please

You will need to contact the customer support of the company that you purchased HDR Efex Pro from and explain your situation to request a refund.
