Refund for Joboshare software.

I recently bought a paid version of Jobshare Video to DVD converter. I'm having issues with it that involve the way it saves files (it splits them up). My question is this: Does Joboshare have a return policy for their software, and if so, where can I find it and contact them? Thank you.

You will have to contact the seller from where you've acquired the program because the original ones on the official website don't exist anymore. Their website points to a non-working IP and a DNS error is shown instead. It's impossible to say if you can request a refund or not, but all major sellers are obliged to offer a 30 or 60day refund policy. Use the contact info in the email you used to purchase the application and get back to the sellers.
