How can I solve it to save my xbench qa report?

Hi, I am using xbench 2.9 as 3.0 ver is not working on my macbook. The 2.9 works fine, however, when I do QA test and try to save it in excel I am getting this error window "xbench error ole 800401f3". How can I solve it to save my xbench qa report?
