My MP3 Soundstream crashes all the time.

My MP3 Soundstream crashes all the time. I can never really use it. I have the Case Tracking ID, last update. I know it's old, and you probably have new versions, but I can't afford a new version right now. Would just like my old version to work.
Thanks for any help.

The latest version stated on Software Informer's page is 1.27. If the application crashes all the time, I believe you are forced to update the application because it should fix the compatibility issues or any other bugs. The homepage of the software does not offer additional information related to troubleshooting or errors and in this case you will need to contact the developer personally and explain the situation.
