Is there any problem to submit the mpc report?

I found a new astroid and the datas are available only in 3 photos, 1 photo haven't show that astroid, is it be any problem to submit the mpc report?

No, it should not be a problem to submit the MPC report even if the asteroid is not visible in one of the three photos. As long as you have sufficient data and follow the required procedures, you can still report your finding to the MPC (Minor Planet Center).
