Open Sage and your content. At some point you will see a tree menu with folders containing various reports. Right click on Custom Reports and select Add report. Once you use this option you will need to follow a wizard-like procedure to select the connections, databases, rows, cells, etc. Once it's complete you will have the possibility to customize the template and any other data related.
