Will this work with a Panasonic AJ-D230H (DVC Pro format)?

Please let me know if this will work/interface with my Panasonic AJ-D230H (DVC Pro) machine. I have many archival tapes that need to be transcoded to HD, and I want to maintain the best picture quality possible. Thank you!
