G-tide G900 phone is not connecting with Vertu PC Suite.

The phone has nothing to do with Vertu PC Suite as it's not a Vertu phone. You can only connect the phone to the computer through a USB cable. There is no information on the developer's site related to an application that you can use for your phone.
