Phone Suite is developed only for Lenovo devices. You can copy your music and video files from PC to your devices with a USB cable. If you cannot connect it, try to update the USB drivers or to change the cable. In order to update the drivers, you need to right click on the Computer icon, to press Manage and to select Device Manager. Double-click the Universal Serial Bus controllers option, select the driver and press the Update Driver Software button. Choose to install the software automatically and click OK.
