After a few years, the program stopped working for me. I get information at startup, after reinstalling:
"Cannot create folder".
After clicking OK, the program ends. Where is the mistake?
I have the same mistake. I cannot change the property of the folder saying "no write" permission. Can I somewhere indicate the start folder before I start the program?
I have the same infornation at startup: "Cannot create folder" and can't find any help at the myheritage help center.
