It does work in windows 10, just run in compatibility mode. Unfortunately, there is no download for Photodraw. I purchased on ebay. There is however lots of malware. So, be smart, RUN.
Microsoft photo draw is very old software, instead of this software you can use Real Draw Pro.
Many platforms are available in the market to download Photodraw. And yes it is compatible with Windows 10.
