Trace Load 700 software displays a connection error: "Connect to SQL Server". By clicking on OK button it shows another error: "Native-82, Origin:State 08001(Sysbas)(OBDC Drivers)" and it's unable to start.

As I can see, there is a problem with the server because the OBDC driver can't connect to the database server. Make sure the OBDC server is configured properly and it's up and running. This is a common connection problem, there is nothing wrong with the software just the fact that it can't connect properly.
