You can change the video player in SE. I prefer "mpv" media player - go to Options -> Settings -> Video player - and click on "Download mpv lib".

Hi In settings/video player change the default player to VLC or MPC. It might help.(you must have these players installed on your computer)

The video file is corrupted, you can repair it with a video repair tool.
