When I try to add any FLV video it shows "unknown error" and shows the end process dialog box. What should I do?

According to the tech specs provided by the developers of the application, FLV file format is not supported by Vegas Pro. The video editor works with the most common used file types. Try converting the file to WMV or AVI, which are the most used video formats.
