It seems that some applications are messed up and now you receive this error. Please navigate to Start > Programs > Acer Empowering Technology and start Acer Acer eRecovery Management. From its interface click on Scan and let the software finish scanning your system. All the errors will be shown upon completion. When they are click Repair and choose Ace eData Security Management and follow the installation wizard. Then restart your computer and the error will be gone, because the installation will replace all the files with the default ones including this DLL file as well.
