You can enhance your microphone's audio by using the built-in settings found in the Control Panel. The Sound and devices section should provide all the necessary information about your audio devices from which you can modify various aspects of your microphone. Also, many sound cards have their own application to control the input/output signals. You can find that icon either in Control Panel or just in the Systray.
