Arcsoft TV5.0 not running in Windows - error 0xc0000020.

When starting the Arcsoft TV5.0 it reported that the MagPCMac.dll and the uEpg.dll are not for Windows and error code is 0xc0000020. As this is coming with Asus all-in-one PC, I did not have source program to re-install it.

You have to make sure that the software you're about to install is compatible with the operating system installed on your PC. As far as I know, the Arcsoft products strongly depend on the operating systems and you must meet the system requirements to be able to install them.

Therefore, locate the installer package right-click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. From there, use a version of Windows that resembles the one installed on your PC.
