I tried to download application using Google Play but it keeps on displaying error code -110?

You encounter this error because there is a problem with the Exchange account attached to the computer. Try to remove any account from the Exchange/Email application, delete the cache of the Google Play and then try again to download applications.

nothing helpful. I just bought Samsung tab 3 1 month ago, and I can't download any thing> I tried ALL what is stated on the net, nothing helpful. Reset the device to factory mode but still the problem as it is. VERY BAD. Play store service is VERY BAD. Go to hill
