The only thing I've found about this company is a Facebook page with the possibility to send them a message, but that involves in creating a Facebook account as well. You can access their page using the following link. Once you are on the page, click on the Send Message and then type the message you want to contact them. Additionally, if they don't respond to your inquiry, contact your bank if you used a credit card or open a dispute on PayPal and they should resolve this issue.
