Upper half shows on bottom and bottom shows in upper half.

Question

When I record from my VCR (Luxor 4703), it shows the upper half of picture in the bottom and the bottom in upper half. Where can I adjust this?

I suspect this is either a hardware or a configuration issue because that isn't supposed to happen and the application should display the correct image. I suspect the problem is related to the signal received from the VCR. You should check its configuration data and the cables you use to connect the stream from the VCR to PC.
