Question

I use Honestech DVR 2.5 to capture Wii games mainly, and I have everything plugged in correctly, but for some reason when I press the record button it says 'Error in Recording.' I don't know whether to buy a new capture card (easycap is my brand), or to reinstall Honestech DVR 2.5 again. I think this would probably be the better option, because if I bought a new capture card, chances are the problem would probably just keep reoccurring. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try this, start the program, when program opens click on the "property setting" icon, click on the "video setting" tab, then place a tck in the box that says "Use the internal audio streaming function" you will be prompted to restart the program. Do so and try the record again.
