This is an application part of the Android system for Samsung mobiles. To remove it, you would have to root the phone and then carefully delete some packages but it will be a high risk since you will most likely brick the phone, then a full flash needs to be done through SmartSwitch.
Simply ignore that function and or turn it off in the Settings menu and that's it. You will find it in the NFC section.
