The only thing you could try is connecting the phone to a PC where Kies is installed. If the phone's display is cracked, then you can attempt to recover the data because it's possible the phone might still boot properly.
Install Kies, then attach the phone and watch to see if it detects it. This is actually the only thing you can try. For other advanced operations, you need to visit a local phone service shop to connect the phone to a hardware box that is capable of accessing data from memory chips.
