Stuck on submission screen.

Question

I have tried everything possible as from Oct 2016. I have even created a clean database and start from nothing. Everything goes 100%, under declaration I press file. Then I go to submit to SARS. After that, the system is stuck with the clock just turning and turning. No error message nothing. What can I do?

I believe that e@syFile-employer is having an issue connecting to the servers where the files have to be sent. The only thing you can do on your side is to allow the program to connect to the Internet. For that, check the Firewall and add the software to the exclusion list. This will give it access to TCP ports to connect to the servers. Secondly, reinstall the product and repeat the sending procedure. If it behaves the same, then contact the developers and report this issue.
